Terms of use

The PBF portal is a restricted Foundation operations system.

Authorized use

Use is limited to invited people with an active role. Access must be used only for the Foundation work assigned to that role and may not be shared.

Security

Keep sign-in codes and authenticator material private. Report suspected account compromise promptly. Attempts to bypass access controls, inspect records outside assigned scope, or introduce secrets into portal records are prohibited.

Operational limits

Portal records do not by themselves prove bank, tax, legal, insurance, or regulatory status. The portal cannot move money, change compensation, execute payroll, or reveal stored credentials.

Access changes

Access may be suspended or removed when a role, assignment, or security condition changes. Material activity may be recorded for operational integrity and audit.
