This notice describes the information used to operate the Punta Brava Foundation portal.

Information used

The portal uses identity, role, sign-in, operational-record, and security-event information needed to provide authorized access and preserve an audit trail.

Access and disclosure

Access is limited by active membership, assigned persona, capability, record classification, and publication state. Board users receive separately published Board-safe records rather than access to operational source tables.

Credentials

The portal does not collect account passwords, recovery codes, bank credentials, API keys, or full financial account numbers. Human credentials remain in the Foundation's approved password manager.
